This means that if you are not satisfied with the design direction after the first logo presentation, you can withdraw from the project and receive a full refund. Conditions for Refund

To qualify for a full refund under our Quality Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

1. Notification: You must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the project within 12 hours of the first logo presentation.
2. No Revisions: You must not have proceeded with any revisions or modifications beyond the initial presentation.
3. Proper Request: The request for a refund must be made through the Veltix platform to ensure proper documentation and processing.

Process for Refund

If the conditions for a refund are met, the following steps will be taken:

3. Approval and Processing: Upon approval, the refund will be processed, and the full amount paid will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Exclusions

The Quality Guarantee does not apply under the following circumstances:

1. Post-Revision Requests: If revisions or modifications to the design have been requested and completed after the initial presentation.
2. Late Requests: If the request for a refund is made more than 12 hours after the first logo presentation.
3. Scope Changes: If the project scope has changed significantly from the original brief without prior agreement.
